LESSONS with Nick Nurse includes:

Fundamentals of shooting will be taught at the first lesson.

"The Nurse's Pill" is used. The Pill is an instructional basketball which demonstrates the correct way to shoot and more importantly allows you to see a visual of the perfect shot.

Work on ball handling and passing.

Work on foot work.

Hard work in a very well organized environment.

Players will be given "homework", so that progress is monitored.
